Shrimp Santorini Style
Using Livornese Sauce (serves 4)

Ingredients
2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ to 2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
1 jar Globetrotter Jack’s Tuscan Livornese Simmer Sauce
4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
salt and pepper

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Heat the oil in a medium sized sauté pan over medium heat and add the garlic.  Sauté about one minute until garlic begins to cook.
  • Add the jar of Globetrotter Jack’s Tuscan Livornese Simmer Sauce and the oregano.  Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and place in an oven safe baking dish.
  • Transfer the contents of the pan to the baking dish and toss with the shrimp. Sprinkle the feta cheese evenly over the top.
  • Place the baking dish in the middle of the oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.
